Movement flow is a captivating fusion of primal animal flow movements and the dynamic art of Capoeira. It's an exhilarating practice that channels our primal movements combined with the rhythmic grace of Capoeira. Picture yourself seamlessly moving, building strength, flexibility, and body awareness while tapping into so much joy and unleashing your inner warrior. And, through transformational breathwork, you'll also have the opportunity to release any stagnant energy and unexpressed emotions, providing a holistic journey that not only rejuvenates your body and ignites your spirit but also promotes emotional healing and self-discovery.
No prior movement experience is required. This is for you if you want to experience freedom in your body and move in new ways, enhance flexibility, have fun, upgrade your energy, reduce stress, free yourself from trapped emotions and repetitive patterns with breathwork and if you wish to experience more joy, freedom and peace in your life!
