As you breathe deeply and rhythmically, you may encounter a range of sensations, temperature changes, emotions, and powerful insights. Light bodywork may be performed with your permission to enhance your experience, while more intense bodywork will only be provided if specifically requested by you. Our facilitators will offer unwavering support throughout, and after the session, you’ll join an integration circle to process and assimilate your experience. This is sometimes followed by a joyful community gathering where you can connect with like-minded individuals, share your journey, and become part of our incredible community.
