Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver

Welcome to Ignition, the online breathwork course offered byTHE RISE ROOM LONDON LTD. Before you proceed, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

This Liability Waiver applies to THE RISE ROOM LONDON LTD, all of its workers and employees, the relatives of its workers and employees or other persons under it’s care, personal representatives and estates.

1. Enrollment:
By enrolling in this online breathwork course, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Course Access:
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration of the course period. Access to the course materials will be provided via the online platform specified by THE RISE ROOM LONDON LTD.

3. Payment:
Payment for the course must be made in full prior to gaining access to the course materials, unless otherwise specified in a payment plan agreed upon by both parties. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the course materials until payment is received.

4. Payment Plan:
If you have opted for a payment plan, you agree to make the agreed-upon payments according to the schedule outlined at the time of enrollment. In the event that a payment fails, access to the course materials will be paused until the outstanding payment is made.

5. Refund Policy: If you have fully completed and actively participated in each lesson during the first 4 weeks of the course, adhered to all provided guidance, and have not seen any results, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify, you must demonstrate completion of all assignments and active participation in discussions and activities. Refunds will also be issued in the event of severe illness or death. Appropriate documentation, such as a medical certificate or death certificate, must be provided to process these requests.

6. Health Advisory:
Prior to enrolling in this course, participants with severe diseases such as severe cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, schizophrenia, autism, Parkinson's, or any other severe mental disorders, nervous system diseases, or other significant health conditions are advised to consult their doctor. If pregnant, participants may still enroll but must consult their doctor before engaging in the breathwork practices.

7. Health & Safety:
Although extremely rare, I understand that there exists a potential risk of physical, mental, psychological or emotional Injury from the Activities, and although personal discipline or compliance with the guidance of THE RISE ROOM LONDON LTD may reduce this risk, the risk of such injury nevertheless does exist.

I fully acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these Activities with knowledge of point (7) and I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown.

8. Course Content:
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, documents, and any other resources provided as part of the course, are the property of THE RISE ROOM LONDON LTD and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without prior written consent from THE RISE ROOM LONDON LTD.

9. Personal Information and GDPR Compliance:
Your personal data is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with GDPR regulations.

10. Modification of Terms:
‍THE RISE ROOM LONDON LTD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the THE RISE ROOM LONDON LTD website or notifying enrolled participants via email.

11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.
